Hi, I bought the RedKey USB V4 this year on July 28th and I have only tried activating it now. I have followed the instructions, download the updated insert the usb, scratch off the film over the 20 digit code, refresh connected devices, select the usb and enter the code in. I have tried multiple time thinking I was just blind and reading it wrong, but after getting a friend to confirm it is indeed correct, I am at a loss on what to do. Is it because I'm using wifi and not lan? The only difference with the tutorials that I have found is that they used an ethernet cable connection and so the middle dot is green while mine is yellow.
